DELIVERY
Office Basics has no minimum order. All orders placed by 4:00 PM will be delivered the next business day for free. Office Basics will service you with our own trucks or via courier or UPS if the area is not serviced by an Office Basics truck

PRICING
Our customers enjoy the most competitive office supply and furniture pricing available in the area. Discounts are clearly shown on the invoices for each item

ORDERING
You may fax your orders, enter them via our website or contact our customer service department.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
RETURNS: Should be called in within 5 working days, must be in orginal packaging and in resalable condition.
BILLING: Your invoice comes with each order and statements are mailed monthly.
